Local Development Concepts OEK

Description

The Local Development Plan (OEP) is the graphic representation of the local development concept (OEK). It is the tool for the long-term planning of the community. As stipulations in its own sphere of activity, the OEP shows settlement focal points and the spatially functional structure (centre, housing, commercial industry, agriculture, trade purchasing, tourism holiday apartments). Observations of the restrictions on use (hazard zones, protected areas, etc.) and planning of supra-local spatial planning (priority zones) are presented beyond this.
