Habitats of Andalusian species of flora of Community interest in the Natura 2000 network, Annex II to Directive 92/43/EEC

Content with information corresponding to the work of collecting information on species of flora of Community interest included in Annex II of the Habitats Directive. For each species, a distribution area has been determined according to all the sources consulted (FAME, ANTHOS, GBIF, old habitats of 1997, etc.), being assigned to each of these sources a specific degree of reliability. Thus, the most reliable citations (reliability 1) are the points and polygons coming from FAME, while those of reliability 5 are those in which, regardless of the source from which it comes, the citation is doubtful, with a low probability of finding the species there. The original work includes a Geodatabase with 10 tables and 53 feature class corresponding to the 52 species studied and another with all integrated in a layer, in addition to the same layers in Shape format. However, since these are species of threatened flora, their distributions are considered sensitive information, so this content will not include the individual distributions of each taxon, nor any document that refers to them. The only vector information included is the EspTot_FloraHIC layer, which includes the joint distribution of all taxa without making individual references, which allows spatially situating the presence of at least one species subject to this study. This layer is included in shape format and ETRS89 reference system.
