Metadata for central technical road register data
Description
The Central Technical Road Record (CTEC) data metadata contain basic information on the content of the CTEC, i.e. they list the registered data, their basic definitions, the data attributes and the values that certain attributes may acquire. There is also a way to update the data and contacts of the persons responsible for their management.
The list of data is organised according to thematic groups, such as data from the reference road network of the Slovak Republic, which form the basic data of the road network model, representing in electronic form the real state of the Slovak road layout.
Other data groups represent the technical non-variable parameters of roads — these are data of road components and accessories, such as the width arrangement of the cross-section, traffic signs, containment and safety devices, service and transport equipment, etc.
Road data measured by diagnostic technique are described in a group of technical variables. These are road bearing capacity data, transverse and longitudinal unevenness, longitudinal shear friction and road failure/crack data.
A separate group consists of data on road objects such as bridges, leaks, underpasses, rail level crossings and tunnels.
