Pension gap of statutory pensions according to the Staff Regulations

The graph below shows the importance of the different statuses for men (left) and women (right) who have recently taken their retirement pension and who only receive an employee’s retirement pension. Almost as many men as women worked as workers and employees (26% of men and 27 of women). The average gross pension amounts for men (left, red bars) and women (right, green bars) are presented below by status. The absolute difference between the two is indicated in grey. This is therefore the pension gap in euro. You can select yourself the status for which you want to view the pension amounts. The overall situation for the population of persons who have recently taken their retirement pension and who receive only an employee's pension is displayed by default (the category "Unknown" which includes persons whose status is impossible to determine is excluded). To better understand the pension amounts on which the pension gap is based, we look at the distribution of pensions among men (left, red bars) and women (right, green bars) by status. The x-axis divides the pension into classes of EUR 500 and the y-axis shows the percentage of pensioners with a pension in the class in question.
