Design Statutes, City of Neustadt am Rübenberge
Description
The design statutes (local building regulations – for short ÖBV – pursuant to § 84(3) NBauO) implement certain urban, construction or ecological intentions for a part of the municipality. This positive design maintenance can relate to special requirements for the design of buildings, advertising systems, enclosures as well as to the non-constructable areas such as front gardens. Ecological regulations for the greening of buildings or the infiltration of precipitation water are also possible.
