The object area DLM - Names comprises the coordinative reference points with attributes of currently more than 220 000 names of Austria:
Siedlungsnamen (Städte, Märkte, Dörfer, Stadtteile und Einzelobjekte)
Gebietsnamen
Bergnamen (Gebirge, Berge und Täler)
Gletschernamen
Gewässernamen (Flüsse, Bäche, Seen und Teiche)
Sonstige Namen (Eigennamen von definierten DLM-Objekten)
Riednamen
This is Austria's most comprehensive geographical name database for quick location searches and statistical queries.
Reference date = creation date:
The data for this day is the most up-to-date database of the BEV.
This is not the same as the date of recording or surveying.
