Source mapping 2013: Reichenstein West/Nord, Lugauer Süd/East, Tuffquellen Johnsbach
Description
The mapping included two large periphery areas of the Gesäuse National Park in the western Reichenstein and in the southern and eastern Lugauer Group, which, to my knowledge, were not captured by a systematic source. The Johnsbach-Ebner Gorge was controlled by tuff springs. Of the 197 GPS-measured sample points, 123 are sources. This increases the total number of source habitats recorded by the national park administration in the region to 844.
