Development plan HafenCity 3 Hamburg
Description
The development plan HafenCity 3 for the area east of the Sandtorhafen (district of Hamburg-Mitte, district 103) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Northern and eastern boundary of parcel 2072, eastern boundary of parcel 2070 (Am Sandtorpark), via parcels 2070 and 2071 (Am Dalmannkai), southern borders of parcels 1915, 1914 and 1913, over parcel 2071, west borders of parcels 2071, 1913, 2012 and 2011, north borders of the parcels 2011 and 2112, western boundary of parcels 1911, over the parcel 2072 of the landmark Altstadt-Süd.
