Development plan Rahlstedt 61 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
In § 2 of the Rahlstedt 61 Building Plan Act of 12 October 1970 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 276), the following provisions are added: 2
7. In the pure residential area on parcels 372 to 376, 378 to 382, 1051, 1029 and 1030 on Parchimer Straße, a parallel building is required; the building depth shall be measured between the road side and the back of the buildings. No more than two apartments per building are allowed. Relay floors and flat roofs are excluded. The permissible dramp height shall be limited to 0.5 m on both sides.’
