Development plan Lurup 6 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the Lurup 6 development plan of
28 February 1989 (HmbGVBl. P. 43) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Regulation amending the Regulation on the Lurup 6 development plan” is added to the Regulation.
2. In § 2, the following point 10 is added:
10TH. In the core area, commercial recreational facilities (such as squash halls, bowling alleys and fitness facilities), arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of § 33 i of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit, as well as demonstration and business premises whose purpose is intended for representations or acts of sexual character are prohibited.
