Description
The development plan No. 03 creates the planning conditions to meet requests for larger commercial plots near the Sonne power plant With the offer planning, which became final in 2011, the city aims to promote the settlement of further operations. On the basis of the planning, former residential areas are reused, the area receives a new structure, including traffic installations and the immission situation is changed.
