The dataset represents the map topic of near-surface geothermal energy from the information system geothermal energy of North Rhine-Westphalia on a scale of 1:50,000 for the INSPIRE topic Energy Resources. The near-surface thermal conductivity of the rocks for geothermal probes with a probe length of 40, 60, 80 and 100 metres as well as the geothermal yield for geothermal collectors are available as map layers.
