Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Friedrich von Büren Straße” of the municipality of Wäschenbeuren from XPlanung 5.0. Description: A mixed area is defined as the type of structural use. In addition, regulations concerning the height, the number of floors and the number of base areas are laid down in sections.
