JHS 168 Use of videoconferencing in public
Description
This recommendation is intended for all public administration actors who use or plan to use remote technology in their operations. The recommendation aims to improve the quality and consolidation of remote services, especially through videoconferencing technology, as one of the public administration’s service channels, so that both the customer and the authority can rely on the quality, functionality and information security of the service.
