Forest function Protective forest against harmful environmental effects
Description
Pursuant to Section 31(1) of the LWaldG, forests may be declared a protective forest by ordinance if it is necessary for the general public or third parties to implement or refrain from certain forestry measures in order to prevent or prevent harmful effects on the environment, in particular hazards, significant disadvantages or significant harassment.
