Phase county plan for the waste treatment area serving the circular economy in Päijät-Häme
Description
The phase-in plan for the waste treatment area serving the circular economy (the Lahti Region Recycling Park) became final on 8 June 2023.
The Provincial Council approved the phased provincial plan on 28 January 2021. Three appeals were lodged with the Hämeenlinna Administrative Court against the approval decision. On 10 May 2021, the Provincial Government decided to order the plan to enter into force in accordance with section 201 of the Land Use and Building Act before it became final. The appeals lodged against the provincial council’s approval decision on 21 December 2022 and the application for leave to appeal were rejected by the Administrative Court of Hämeenlinna on 8 June 2023.
The spatial dataset of the phase provincial plan is a vector-shaped data that contains the outer demarcation, connecting route and area reserve items of the plan. The characteristics of the data include, for example, the name of the plan entry, the name of the object and the date of entry into force.
The phase provincial plan data is suitable for use in tasks related to land use planning, for example.
The material has been published in WMS and WFS services. The content of the material is the responsibility of the Regional Council of Päijät-Häme. The WMS and WFS services are provided by Southwestern Information.
