Inspire Data Set: PlannedLandUse/Relevant Sub-Regional Plan Basic Functional Priorities of the Havelland-Fläming Region

The interoperable INSPIRE dataset contains data from the Regional Planning Community Havelland-Fläming on the legally effective factual Teliregional plan of basic functional priorities of the Havelland-Fläming region (Legal Decree of 23 December 2020), transformed into the INSPIRE scheme PlannedLandUse.
The “Basic Functional Priorities” plan defines and secures the districts of Havelland, Potsdam-Mittelmark and Teltow-Fläming as well as the district-free cities of Potsdam and Brandenburg on the Havel Basic Functional Priorities (GSP). The Regional Planning Association Havelland-Fläming is implementing a corresponding mandate from the regional development plan Berlin-Brandenburg (Z 3.3 LEP HR). The GSPs are usually the most well-equipped districts (main towns) in a region.
Planning incentives are intended to ensure facilities for daily needs that go beyond local local supply.
Against this background, GSPs will be given additional development opportunities for residential and large-scale retail facilities.
A total of 31 districts are defined as GSP.

The compliant INSPIRE data set contains data about the factual sub plan for basic functional priorities (GSP) of the Havelland-Fläming region (legal ordinance of December 23, 2020) from the regional planning community Havelland-Fläming, transformed into the INSPIRE annex schema PlannedLandUse.
With this plan, basic functional priorities are defined and secured in the districts of Havelland, Potsdam-Mittelmark, Teltow-Fläming and the independent citys Potsdam and Brandenburg an der Havel.
