Operating systems PHC 2022-2027
Description
Operating systems defined in the third cycle management plans for demarcation (2022-2027).
According to Article 19 of the Hydrological Planning Regulation (RD 907/2007), operating systems are the functional units into which the territory of the river basin district is divided.
Each resource exploitation system consists of surface and groundwater bodies, hydraulic infrastructure works and installations, water use standards derived from the characteristics of the demands and operating rules that, taking advantage of natural water resources, and according to their quality, allow to establish the water supplies that shape the supply of available resources of the exploitation system, fulfilling the environmental objectives.
