Web services with GURS registration
Description
By registering, online services provide access to personal data from the real estate cadastre register. The use of services is possible only on the basis of the appropriate legal basis of the user with assigned rights in the security scheme.
The following services are available:
1. https://ipi.eprostor.gov.si/personal-api/
• List of owners for the given plot (eidParcele)
/owner/parcel/
• List of owners for a given part of the building (eidDelaBuildings)
/owner/partBuildings/
• List of owners including personal identification number (EMŠO) for a given parcel (eidParcele)
/owners-emso/parcel/
• List of owners including personal identification number (EMŠO) for the given part of the building (eidDelaBuildings)
/owners-emso/partBuildings/
• List of properties for the given owner (person ID)
/owner/idPerson/
• List of properties for the given owner (MS/EMSO)
/owner/msPersons/
• Dedicated service for the Ministry of the Interior to search by address for the purpose of registering residence (eidHisnaStevilka)

• Dedicated services for downloading pre-prepared data by local community area /download/OBCINE/
