Bathing water (provincial and national waters) from {Swimming water register}

The approximately 700 official bathing water sites are designated annually by the provinces if they are deemed suitable. During the bathing season (from 1 May to 1 October), the water at the bathing water locations is monitored approximately every 14 days by the water quality manager.
