The Land Information System for Municipalities
Anyone who has ever been involved in a property search, the purchase of a property or the construction of a house comes into contact with the topic of data research on their property.
For the purchase of a plot of land or the preliminary research in house construction, a large number of data are required, which currently all have to be obtained manually and partly from different sources.
This process is currently very time-consuming. In addition, many citizens often do not know what data they need, where they can obtain it, let alone whether they can trust it.
The company prediodata has now tackled this problem and, with the help of the state capital Freistadt Eisenstadt, has developed an online project that aims to simplify the procurement of this data.
Via the [prediodata.at](https://web.archive.org/web/20180813222226/http://www.prediodata.at/) WEB application, all plots of land can be accessed and displayed via an online map application.
In the future, all relevant data for each individual plot of land can be retrieved at the push of a button.
This data is then made available for download digitally in an individual report.
