REDIAM. WMS HIC 9230 Portuguese Gallic Forests with Quercus robur and Quercus pyrenaica
Description
WMS service corresponding to Habitat of Non-Priority Community Interest 9230 characterized by oak groves characterized by the presence of melojo oak (Quercus pyrenaica), which are usually dominated by this species. In these tree masses different strata are distinguished, in which other trees such as Quercus faginea and Quercus canariensis can appear, as well as a scrub that varies according to the present association, presenting Adenocarpus decorticans, Acer monspessulanum, Arbutus unedo or Sorbus torminalis, among others. It is not uncommon a undergrowth dominated by regrowths of melojo. Node of the Andalusian Environmental Information Network. Regional Government of Andalusia.
