Cadastral units of the Estonian Land Cadastre

Description

The spatial data set belongs to the Estonian Land Cadastre as a land register and includes cadastral units and the data to be registered concerning them. The following data on cadastral parcels are collected, inter alia: cadastral number, location and name, name of the municipality, date of registration in the cadastre, number of the registered immovable, intended use, total area, areas by land parcel and intended use, tax value. The basis for the establishment and maintenance of the database is the Land Cadastre Act. N.B.: The information of the owner of the cadastral unit is NOT included in the land register. Owner information on cadastral units is kept in the land register.
