Accumulation of pressures that may cause changes in the thermal regime in the North Atlantic Demarcation (EM NOR PRE Temperature)
Description
The analysis of cumulative effects has been carried out taking into account the location of areas where there are thermal discharges from power plants or regasification plants. To do this, using the meshing, all the cells located less than 5 km from the thermal power plants and regasification plants that discharge their cooling waters into the sea have been selected. This distance, which a priori may seem very high, has been chosen to be on the side of safety, since the location of the complexes is known but the location of the end point of the thermal discharge is unknown. The presence of some power plant has been rated with 1, as well as that of some regasifier. The final result is the sum, with values between 0 and 2.
