Hydrogeological map 1:500.000 - Distribution of the relevant aquifers
Description
Dissemination of the relevant aquifers as specialist layers of the hydrogeological map 1:500,000. The illustration is recommended together with the separate compartment layers groundwater equals. Zoom limit min. 1:1 000 000 to max. 1:200 000.
Aquifers / aquifers including their upper and lower limits as a viewing unit within the perpendicular structure of the lithosphere.
Technical map basis is usually the geological map in scale 1:25 000 or 1: 50 000. Geometry and legend units are designed for a viewing scale of 1:500,000 (1 cm on a map corresponds to 5 km in nature) and are generally highly generalized. The HK 500 is intended as a basis for larger-scale considerations, it does not replace detailed studies and assessment by a specialist office in the planning of local projects.
