(Ind36-1) Existence of public procurement or a device to manage emergency repairs on protective works (2019)

This indicator indicates whether the municipality has public works contracts available on its own or through EPCI at any time (type on purchase order) enabling emergency repairs to be carried out. The result is “yes” or “no”.
Emergency repairs:
Account shall be taken either of the existence of a works contract at the level of the municipality or the EPCI, or the means available under a formalised crisis mechanism for carrying out emergency repairs on dikes and defence structures.
