Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Lützelsachsen-ebene” of the city of Weinheim from XPlanung 5.0. Description: WA, GE, railway facilities Traffic area, open and priv. Green area, supply area, common demand area (Kita), areas for the retention and leaching of precipitation water.
