Description
The High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine is a state collegial body of judicial governance, which on a permanent basis operates in the justice system of Ukraine within the powers specified in Article 93 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Judicial System and Status of Judges", and, among other things, conducts selection of candidates for appointment to the position of a judge, in particular approves the rating lists of candidates for the position of judge.
