Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Moenchgraben Commercial Area (2003)” of the municipality of Simmozheim from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The development plan contains the planning and building regulations for the (partly restricted) industrial area “Mönchgraben”.
