Municipal accounts; municipal taxes, municipal size class, region
Description
This table deals with the realised revenues from municipal levies in millions of euros and in euros per inhabitant. According to their location, the municipalities are divided into regions and by population size class. The figures presented contain only data that are consistent with the definitions and classifications that the municipalities themselves use in their administration.

Status of the figures:
The figures in this table are provisional at first publication.
If changes occur, this is the result of the availability of new or updated data.
Amendments as of 20 December 2022:
Preliminary figures for 2021 are included.
The 2020 figures are now final.
When will there be new figures?
New figures will be posted 12 months after the reporting period. The figures can be adjusted on the basis of the availability of new or updated source material. In general, the adjustments are small in size. The adjustments are made when a new annual figure is added to the series.
