Soil benchmarks Saxony-Anhalt

Description

The land reference value is based on one square metre of land area of the land reference value plot. In the case of built-up land, the value that would result if the land were undeveloped is determined. The soil benchmarks are determined nationwide, taking into account the different development status in Saxony-Anhalt as of 31 December every other year. They are decided and published in the form of ground benchmark maps. Soil benchmarks have no binding effect. They are orientation values for those involved in the property market.
