Development plan Sasel 5 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The following provisions are added to Section 2 of the Sasel 5 Development Plan Act of 24 May 1968 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt, page 122):
"3. In the drawings, the definition of "building land for common use (building yard)" for parcels 5340 and 7824 of the Sasel district covered by the annexed overview plan applies as a definition of "commercial area" pursuant to § 8 of the Building Use Ordinance in the version of 15 September 1977 (Federal Law Gazette I page 1764). Two-storey buildings with a floor area of 0.6 and a floor area of 0.8 are permitted. The eaves height may not exceed 8 m above ground.
4. Retail establishments shall be prohibited from displaying or storing such articles in the industrial areas covered by the attached overview plan, unless they trade in vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other surface-consuming articles, including accessories, or in building materials, tools, gardening equipment and other construction and gardening supplies; Exceptions for entertainment venues are excluded. In addition, with the exception of parcel 6860 and the adjacent area of parcel 6861 up to a line 70 metres parallel to the Saseler Bogen road, commercial recreational facilities (such as squash and tennis halls, bowling alleys) are excluded."
