Description
The stock reflects the groundwater bodies classification (regions) of the Water Framework Directive. The Water Framework Directive (WFD) is a European directive, which aims to achieve and maintain the quality of groundwater and surface water in Europe at a good level. The Water Framework Directive entered into force on 22 December 2000.
