The data include the City of Oulu’s financial statements and the profit and loss account of the City of Oulu.
The data include both the internal and external income and expenditure of the basic municipality and of unincorporated enterprises and funds.
Internal transactions are separated from external transactions by partner codes or internal accounts included in the material.
The institutions regularly monitor the implementation of the budget and the forecast on a monthly basis, at least to the extent of the binding operational and financial targets set by the City Council.
