Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Herrenmatt — 2nd Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: By amending the development plan, planning security for existing as well as future buildings and projects is to be established and the designation of the type of use is to be adapted to the actual stock.
