Development plan Neustadt 39 Hamburg

Description

The development plan Neustadt 39 for the area of application on both sides of Admiralitätstraße between Ludwig- Erhard-Straße and Schaartor (district Hamburg-Mitte, district 104) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Schaartor - Schaarsteinwegsbrücke - Herrengrabenfleet - across the parcel 883 (Pulverturmsbrücke) of the district Hamburg-Neustadt-Süd - Herrengrabenfleet - northern boundary of the parcels 1644, 1359 (Admiralitätstraße), 1476 and 1465 of the district Hamburg-Neustadt-Süd - Alsterfleet - southern boundary of the parcel 1464, eastern and southern boundary of the parcel 1468, eastern boundary of the parcel 1477 of the district Hamburg-Neustadt-Süd.
