Description

Area of the headland between Grasbrookhafen and Norderelbe and east of the headland to San Francisco Strait. The plan area shall be limited as follows: West and north borders of the parcel 2377 (old: 1963 — Strandhöft and Hübener-kai), about the parcel 6596 (old: 2021 — Marco Polo terraces), eastern borders of parcels 6596 and 2377, northern borders of parcels 2068 and 2371 (old: 1963 — Hübenerstraße), via parcels 2371 and 2375 (old: 1963), east boundary of parcel 2375, east and south borders of parcel 2374 (old: 1963), southern boundary of parcel 2373 (old: 1963), about the parcel 2376 (old: 1963), southern borders of the parcels 2376 and 2377 of the district Altstadt-Süd.
