Development plan Jenfeld 23 Hamburg
Description
The development plan Jenfeld 23 for the area of application between Kuehnstraße/Schöneberger Straße and Kreuzburger Straße as well as between Jenfelder Allee and Charlottenburger Straße/Spandauer Weg, the site of the former Lettow-Vorbeck-Kaserne and peripheral areas (district Wandsbek, district 512), is determined.
The plan area shall be limited as follows:
Kuehnstraße — Wilsonstraße — Schöneberger Straße — Spandauer Weg — Charlottenburger Straße — southern boundary of the parcel 1691, via the parcel 1939 — Kreuzburger Straße — Kreuzburger Straße — Kreuzburger Straße — southern borders of the parcels 1950, 2569, 3017, 3015 and 2528, south and west border of the parcel 2421, west borders of the parcels 3013, 3014, 3000, 2999, 3001 and 1419, west and north boundary of the parcels 74, 2552, 72, 71, 70, 1646 and 3008 of the Gemark Jenfeld.
