Description
The Corine Land Cover is part of the Pan-European component of the COPERNICUS activity. One of the tasks is to map the state and changes of landscape cover of the countries of Europe using remote sensing materials — from satellite images. Activities are coordinated by the European Environment Agency (EEA). The Slovak Environment Agency (SAŽP) coordinates the mapping of landscape cover at national level.
