Description
A privacy breach occurs when personal information is collected, retained, used or disclosed in ways that are not in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Dataset contains the: * date that MCYS was notified of the breach by the Information and Privacy Commissioner (IPC) * manner in which the breach occurred * date MCYS received notification that IPC's file had been closed In 2014, privacy breaches in this ministry involved disclosure (and not use or collection) of personal information.
