Strategic road network Hamburg

Description

The strategic road network for traffic management serves as a basis for consideration, traffic on this as trouble-free as possible and thereby optimally use the existing power reserves. With regard to this network, precautions are taken and strategies are developed to eliminate the cause of the fault in the shortest possible time and restore the original performance or - if this is not possible in a short time - to reduce the impact of the faults (e.g. congestion, environmental damage, time losses) by means of countermeasures.
