Description

The data set "Legal Binding Preservation and Design Statutes Aachen" contains the territorial scope of all legally effective Aachen statutes, which fall under § 172 (1) of the Building Code (BauGB) or § 86 (1) of the State Building Code (BauO NRW). The database is complete and as of February 2022 it comprised 31 statutes. Each scope is linked to factual information. This includes, among other things, hyperlinks to the respective articles of association. The database will only be continued if a new conservation and/or design statute has become legally binding or after a legally effective amendment to an existing statute. In the state of North Rhine-Westphalia, there is a legal publication obligation for the conservation and design statutes in accordance with the provisions of the INSPIRE Directive and the Geodata Access Act of North Rhine-Westphalia. The data fall under the topic of "land use" from Annex III of the INSPIRE Directive. The dataset is published under an Open Data license (CC BY-ND 4.0).
