Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Stöck (recast 2012) — 1st amendment” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: In the context of the 1st amendment and extension of the “Kreuzfeld” development plan, a determination was made for this purpose, which should also apply in the commercial development plans. For the existing building platform “Stöck Recast 2012” this is now done in the building.
