Zoning of urban planning documents PLU/POS — Haute-Loire
Description
In France, the Local Planning Plan (LDP) is the main urban planning document for urban planning at municipal or possibly intercommunal level. It replaces the land use plan (POS) since the law on urban solidarity and renewal of 13 December 2000, known as the SRU1 law.
The PLU is governed by the provisions of the Urban Planning Code, mainly in Articles L. 123-1 et seq. and R. 123-1 et seq.
Small municipalities sometimes have a municipal map.
