Description
The Map Service (WMS Group) presents the spatial data from the Saarland landscape program as the theme map Forest and Agriculture.:In the identification of erosion-prone forest sites in the context of the creation of the Saarland landscape programme, only the erosion hazard caused by “relief energy” was taken into account, since the processes of gully erosion occurring in forest management and strong slope slope are not directly linked to certain soil species. Therefore, all over 15° inclined, forest-covered slopes were depicted as forest sites at risk of erosion. In this area, particular attention must be paid to the avoidance of erosion within the framework of forest management. see Saarland Landscape Programme, Chapter 2.4.2
