Inspire — Peaceed Prehistoric Memories, Line
Description
The historical monuments are a subset of the Danish Agency for Palaces and Culture’s database of Fund and Prehistoric Memories and amount to approximately 33,000 out of a total of 175,000 registrations.
The basis of the registration is the National Museum’s upbringing of the whole country from the 1860s to 1920 as well as subsequent reports from the Danish museums about new archaeological sites.
From 2008-2013 there will be a revival of all protected ancient monuments, including GPS measurements of all. These measurement data shall be reported to Fund and Time Reminder on an ongoing basis.
