Mining framework operating plans
Description
Scopes of framework operating plans for mining operations under mining supervision. The framework operating plan (Section 52(2)(1) of the Federal Mining Act) defines the spatial, temporal and material framework within which the mining projects of a mining operation are to be carried out over a longer period of time. It requires approval by the Saxon Oberbergamt. Differences will be made: - Optional framework operating plan - Mandatory framework operating plan whose approval requires a planning approval procedure under mining law The data are kept up-to-date at all times.
