mining Framework Operations Plans
Description
Areas of validity of framework operating plans for mining operations under mountain control. The framework operating plan (Section 52(2)(1) of the Federal Mining Act) defines the spatial, temporal and material framework in which the mining projects of a mining operation are to be carried out over a longer period of time. It must be approved by the Sächsische Oberbergamt. A distinction is made: — Optional framework operating plan — Obligatory framework operating plan for which approval is required by a mining plan approval procedure The data are kept up-to-date.
