Local plan adopted by Resolution XXXI/574/16 of the City Council of Opole of 29 September 2016 on the adoption of the local zoning plan “Malinka I” in Opole. An integral part of the resolution is the drawing of the local plan (on a scale of 1:1000), occurring in the form of a raster with georeferenced. The local plan is an act of local law, the content of which is the arrangements concerning the use of land and the means of their development and development.
