Development plan Tonndorf 5 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Tonndorf 5 Development Plan Act of 19 June 1967 (HmbGVBl. 217), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 499), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Tonndorf 5 Development Plan Act" is added to the Act.
2. In § 2, the following point 4 is added:
"4. In the industrial area, retail establishments are prohibited, with the exception of mail order establishments. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
